Participants will be required to pay their own travel, lodgings, and conference registration fee. Registration costs are outlined below.

Rates
Full conference registration (early bird closes 15 August 2012): $200
Full conference registration (standard rate): $250
Student rate: $120
Concession/single day attendance: $100
Conference dinner(optional): $60
Withdrawal cut off date 15th October 2012 (tbc)
All refunds are subject to a $50 admin fee and no full or partial refunds will be given after the 15th October 2012.
