Professor Chin-Chuan Lee

Chin-Chuan Lee is Chair Professor of Communications; Head, Department of English and Communication, and Coordinator of University Communication, City University of Hong Kong. Prior to this, Professor Lee was Adjunct faculty in East Asian Studies and Global Studies, School of Journalism and Mass Communication, University of Minnesota. He has been on the Editorial advisory board for Twenty-First Century, published by the Institute of Chinese Culture, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Journal of Comparative Asian Development and Chinese Journal of Communication Research as well as 10 years with American Asian Studies. Professor Lee has authored numerous articles in both English and Chinese-language international refereed journals as well as an extensive collection of books, including Chinese Media, Global Contexts and Global Media Spectacle. He is regularly interviewed by international news agencies, including the BBC and the ABC in Australia.
