Dr Jeannette Taylor

Jeannette Taylor is a Lecturer in the Political Science and International Relations program at University of Western Australia, where she teaches courses on public policy, and politics of the mass media. Her major research interests are within the field of public management and policy, particularly performance measurement and reporting, information utilisation for public sector decision making, and public sector accountability. She is also interested in human resource management issues in the public sector, including job motivation, public service motivation and graduate recruitment. She is on the editorial board of the refereed journal Review of Public Personnel Administration.
