Dr Linda Weiss

BA Hons (Griffith), PhD (London)

Linda Weiss conducts research in the field of comparative political economy, with special emphasis on the state's role in East Asian economic development and the changing nature of government-industry relations in the region. Her publications include the books Creating Capitalism, and States and Economic Development: A Comparative Historical Analysis, as well as numerous papers in international journals and edited collections. Dr Weiss is also founding co-editor of the Journal of Industry Studies.
